Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 7 days (Pakistan) and 14 days (United States) of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging.

For customers in the United States, we currently do not operate a local warehouse. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may request a refund by providing a clear video showing the item and explaining the reason for dissatisfaction. Once reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and you may keep the product. This policy is in place to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our international customers.

For customers in Pakistan, returns must be shipped back to our address before a refund or exchange is processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, while prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of misuse, incomplete information, or failure to meet the above conditions.
